Please note: This page is only for existing members who have not previously applied to be affiliated to UKA. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by emailing email@example.com.
If you would like to become UKA affiliated then this can be added to your membership at a cost of £16 (with effect from 1st April 2022).
If you want to register for UKA then please email the Club Secretary (firstname.lastname@example.org) who will provide you with details of how to make payment. Once you have made payment and this has been forwarded to England Athletics the Club Secretary will reply to your email confirming that you have UKA affiliation. The online portal (MyAthletics) will also be updated to show you as a “Competitive” athlete and will also show an expiry date for your UKA affiliation. You have to be affiliated with England Athletics (UKA) if you wish to compete for the Club under the UKA rulebook.
If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with EA, please contact email@example.com.
The rules for club transfers are such that if you have been in a club as a first claim athlete, even if you have not paid your EA affiliation at that club or your association was a while ago, you are still required to complete this process. EA will contact your previous club to ask them to release you. If no response is received in 30 days, EA will automatically release you to be reviewed by the Eligibility Committee. The transfer costs £10.00 for each transfer you make. To see the process EA have created a Eligibility and Club Transfer – flow chart, please Copy and Paste the link below to view https://www.englandathletics.org/athletics-and-running/
