3 Month Training Schedule 

The group training sessions offered by the club are designed for all abilities. The coaching team produces the training schedule in blocks of 3 months in advance and when published, this is available to view or download by clicking on the appropriate date range in the table below.  The current schedule for the coming week is also published on the Club’s closed Facebook Group.
